CUSTOMER RETURNS

We pride ourselves in carrying only the highest quality batik clothing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchase from us that is “New: Without Tags“ then you may return the item. You must return the item within 7 business days of your receipt of it. It cannot show signs of being worn or washed.

 

After we receive the return from you, we will provide you with the full refund within 7 business days. Otherwise we will give you a credit against future purchases after we receive the return. We will not pay for return shipping on returns NOT within the Acceptable Reasons for Returns below.

 

ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS

We accept returns due to the following reasons:

 

Wrong Size

If you order a size XL item and receive a size S item, we will allow a return, for an exchange of the correct product size, if we have it. Otherwise we will give you a credit against future purchases after we receive the return. We will pay for return shipping on these types of mistakes.

 

Wrong Color

If you order a black top and receive a green top, we will allow an exchange, for an exchange of the correct product colour, if we have it. Otherwise we will give you a credit against future purchases after we receive the return. We will pay for return shipping on these types of mistakes.

 

Completely Wrong Item

If we completely send you the wrong item, we will allow an exchange, for the correct product, if we have it. Otherwise we will give you a credit against future purchases after we receive the return. We will pay for return shipping on these types of mistakes.

 

UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS

We cannot accept any returns due to the following reasons:


Slight variation of color or spots on our products caused by wax droplets during the drawing/waxing process, as this is normal with batik products, which are hand dyed and hand drawn. 

 

Spots which are wax residues, which can be removed by washing. This is normal with batik products, which are hand dyed and hand drawn. 

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

In all cases, no matter what the reason, you must contact us in advance for Return Authorization. Please refer to Contact Us / Customer Service Section for complete details. There you will see the appropriate E-mails, Phone Numbers, and Address to return.

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Any time we make a mistake that warrants a return we will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The required return method will be discussed on a case-by-case basis during the Return Authorization process.

 

REFUND METHOD

For authorized refund, we are able to provide you with the full refund within 7 business days after we receive the return from you.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS

Malaysian buyers:
We accept local/ personal cheques, direct deposit into our bank account, or Maybank2U wire transfer, on top of our usual choice of PayPal payment.

 

Australian buyers:
We accept direct deposit into our Westpac Australian bank account, on top of our usual choice of PayPal payment.

 

Other International buyers:
We accept payment through Paypal and Credit Cards or e-Cheque via PayPal only. We will wait for your e-cheque to clear before we actually ship package. We DO NOT accept any Cashiers Checks, Money Orders or Personal Cheque.

 

PROMOTIONAL COUPONS/ CODES

Promotional/ Coupon codes can be entered in the first page of our checkout page. Only 1 Promotional code can be used at any one time.
